Achievements of Bauchi BESDA

Literacy Program in schools

A total of 1060 schools slightly less than the set target of 800 schools benefited in Primary 1-3 intensive literacy program in the state, representing 99% achievement

Design and installation of website/Edtech platform

Design and installation of website for Bauchi State BESDA program (www.bauchibesda.org), online learning platform for learners and facilitators comprising learning contents that cater for all categories of learners on 24/7 basis, http://bauchi-edtech.org

VIP Toilets Constructed

A total of 1,802 latrines were constructed, exceeding the target of 1,600 which significantly contributed to the increased enrollment of girls in basic education in the state

Acquisition of Learning materials/Teachers guides

Acquisition of 56,000 Jolly Phonics learners’ text books and 770 copies of Teachers’ guides.
Procurement of 25,000 MUKOYI KARATU learners text books and 540 copies of Teachers’ guides.
